Client Review
I’ve been a client of Rachels since August 2025. I’ve learned so much about myself through her specific insights into my life’s patterns and her questions that lead me to reflect on impactful experiences and people. I know I have a helpful therapist when I find myself journaling about insights I’ve gained from Rachel to alter my behavior to improve interactions and how I feel about them.
